The executive team at Respawn Entertainment has a history of working in the gaming industry and in marketing. The team is led by CEO Vince Zampella, who founded the company in 2010. Zampella has worked in the gaming industry for over 20 years, including at Activision, where he was responsible for publishing games such as Call of Duty and Guitar Hero. The team also includes SVP of Marketing and Communications, Chad Grenier, who previously worked in brand management at Dole Food Company and Nestle USA. Grenier has a degree in marketing and international business from Loyola Marymount University.
