George Nichols

George Nichols is a Senior Staff Geologist at RESPEC since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles. Notably, Nichols served as the President, Geologist, and Drilling Consultant at Glacier Group Inc. from August 2005 to May 2023, managing projects that included structure core logging, geophysical log interpretation, drill site supervision, geosteering, well planning, and project data management for clients such as American Shale Oil, LLC. Prior to this, Nichols worked at Agapito Associates, Inc. as a Geologist and Drilling Manager from September 1998 to August 2005, providing core logging, geophysical interpretation, and instrumentation installation for clients including Natural Soda, Inc., Wold, and American Soda, LLC. Nichols holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Drake University.
