Henna Lehtonen

Henna Lehtonen has extensive experience in the healthcare and sports coaching sectors. Since March 2008, Henna has held various positions at Respecta, culminating in the role of Sales Director, with responsibilities including product life cycle management and supplier management for patient handling products. Prior roles included leading a team of 25 individuals as Service Manager, focusing on quality solutions in a clinic, and serving as an Account Manager and Sales Consultant. Henna also has a significant background in ultimate frisbee, having coached the Finnish women’s national team at both the European Ultimate Championships in 2015 and the WFDF World Ultimate and Guts Championships in 2012. Henna's educational achievements include master's degrees in Service Design and Health Business Management, alongside qualifications in sales, marketing, and orthotics/prosthetics.
