Evan Luxon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Evan co-founded and is currently the CEO of Centese, a company they founded in 2015. Additionally, they co-founded and serves on the board of Cardiospire since September 2015. Prior to these ventures, Evan worked at TheraNova as a partner, R&D manager, and design engineer from July 2012 to November 2014. Evan also co-founded and served as the director of product development at Potrero Medical from May 2013 to December 2015. Evan has held consulting positions as a mechanical engineer at Tangible Science and Clear Ear, and worked as a graduate research fellow at Stanford ChangeLabs. Evan gained experience as a medical device fellow at FDA CDRH and as a mechanical engineering intern at NASA JPL. Evan began their career as a research assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Evan Luxon completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2005 to 2009. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree with a specialization in Bioengineering Innovation and Design from The Johns Hopkins University. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Evan pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
