Andy Locke

Andy Locke is the current Director of Strategy & Data at Response Labs Inc. Andy has over three years of experience in account management, leading multi-departmental teams, and driving organic growth. Andy's previous company was Havas Discovery, where they were an Account Director for just under three years. There, they were responsible for estimates, scoping, and managing project and retainer budgets. Andy also developed short- and long-term strategic project plans integrating varying KPIs, budgets, resources, channels and stakeholder audiences—including franchisee-approval structures. In addition to their account management responsibilities, Locke was also the agency's administrator of JIRA and Confluence accounts for Issue Tracking, Project Workflow and Documentation. Andy used this experience to consult Clients' on their own instances of these tools. When required, Locke also developed user stories, user experience workflows, & data workflows for projects. Andy became proficient at developing interactive prototypes for development, focus groups, and Client presentations using Axure. Some of the clients they have worked with include SONIC Drive-In, Michelob ULTRA, Safeco, American Iron and Steel Institute, DENTSPLY International, Pearle Vision, Cracker Barrel, Groupon and AARP.

Andy Locke has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations from Penn State University. Andy Locke reports to Dan Dawes, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Toni Weaver - Account Director, Bruce Norby - Account Director, and Leigh Jacobs - Media Director.
