Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)
Archana Kotecha is an accomplished professional in human rights and responsible business practices, currently serving as a Global Fellow at Vital Voices Global Partnership since May 2025. As the Founder and CEO of The Remedy Project, established in October 2020, Archana aims to facilitate systemic change regarding trafficking in persons and labor exploitation across Asia. In addition, Archana founded ReAct in October 2022, an organization focused on worker-led legal programs to ensure workers' rights. Archana also serves as an Alternative Legal Expert for the United Nations Human Rights, a member of the Expert Working Group on Complaints Mechanism for the Forest Stewardship Council, and is part of the Steering Committee of the Responsible Labour Initiative at the Responsible Business Alliance. Archana's past experience includes leadership roles at Liberty Shared and STOP (Trafficking UK), and academic credentials include an Executive Education Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management, an LLB Honours from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MA in Understanding and Securing Human Rights from the University of London.
