Keela Bearden

Keela Bearden is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Responsive Education Solutions since May 2022, Keela has previously held various roles within Lewisville ISD, including Yearbook Teacher, Cheerleading Coach, English Department Chair, and English Language Arts Teacher. Prior experience includes working as a Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Writer and ESL Lead Teacher at Arlington ISD, where Keela developed training materials and lesson accommodations for English learners. Additional roles span from Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of North Texas to positions in classroom instruction and leadership at multiple educational institutions. Keela holds a Master of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Texas.
