Sandeep Uppin

Sandeep Uppin has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Sandeep started their career as a Sales Representative at Berger Paints India, where they were responsible for primary and secondary sales and expanding the dealer network. Sandeep then worked as a Senior Sales Representative, focusing on dealer network expansion and installation of tinting machines.

Later, Sandeep joined CARLSBERG INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Sales Executive, where they looked after both On and Off Trade business, consistently increasing market share and leading new product launches.

Sandeep then joined BJN Paints India Ltd as an Assistant Manager, overseeing retail and project sales in Pune and Sholapur district. In this role, they appointed new dealers and worked closely with contractors.

After that, Sandeep joined Century Plyboards (I) Limited as an Area Sales Manager, progressing to the role of Senior Area Sales Manager. Sandeep was responsible for expanding the dealer and distributor network, aligning teams for project scouting, and driving sales and marketing activities. Sandeep later became a Branch Manager, where they focused on achieving sales goals and controlling credit while maintaining stock shrinkage.

Currently, Sandeep Uppin serves as the Zonal Head at Responsive Industries Ltd. Sandeep is responsible for expanding the distribution network in the South and West Indian market, driving sales initiatives, and achieving targets. Sandeep manages diverse customers, institutional, and industrial products business mix.

Sandeep Uppin pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from K L E Society Jagadhguru Gangadhar College of Commerce, Hubli from the year 2002 to 2007. Afterward, they enrolled at the Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication and completed a Corporate MBA degree specializing in Marketing from 2007 to 2009. In 2020, Sandeep Uppin joined MICA | The School of Ideas and obtained a PG Certification in Digital Marketing and Communication in the field of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia in the following year, 2021.
