Colleen O'Sullivan is a Customer Success leader with over 13 years of experience in account management and team development. Having spent more than a decade at HubSpot, Colleen played a pivotal role in scaling the company from $15 million to $2.5 billion in revenue, holding key leadership positions across customer experience and international success. Currently, Colleen serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Responsive and is a strategic advisor for Veremark and Sendoso. Colleen is also pursuing a Master's in Liberal Arts at Harvard Extension School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Providence College.
