Khusbu Sarathkumar is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Responsive since August 2021, Khusbu previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions lasted from February 2014 to August 2021, where Khusbu worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Earlier experience includes the position of HR Executive at NDOT Technologies Private Limited from September 2011 to February 2014, which provided insights into performance management and payroll processing.
