Lizwi McHunu

Lizwi Mchunu possesses extensive experience in property management and facilities management. Currently serving as Residence Manager at Respublica (Pty) Ltd since January 2019, Lizwi previously held the position of Building Services Manager at JHI Properties (Pty) Ltd / Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate from April 2017 to December 2018. Prior experience includes managing facilities at Milzet Holdings (Pty) Ltd from September 2014 to March 2017, and working as a call center agent at Ukuthola Business Services in 2011. Earlier, Lizwi gained administrative experience as a Student Administrator at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and a matric certificate in Mathematics and Physical Science from Tetelo Secondary School.
