Shantell Ludick

Shantell Ludick has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at KEW. In 2012, they joined Graffiti Group SA as the Group Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for implementing HR strategies during a turnaround effort until 2014. Since 2014, Shantell has been the Head of Human Resources at Respublica (Pty) Ltd, overseeing the full HR function and talent management across multiple offices.

Shantell Ludick's education history includes a Senior Certificate obtained from Afrikaans Highschool in the years 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have completed degree programs in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Outside of formal education, Shantell has obtained various certifications including Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork, Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from the South African Reward Association, Chartered HR Professional from SABPP, and Payroll Certification and Skills Development Facilitator from Primeserve HR Solutions.
