Victoria Marshall Chartered McIpd

Victoria Marshall is a Chartered MCIPD with extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Victoria currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Restaurant Associates UK since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People at RA Group from March 2019 to March 2020. Victoria's previous experience includes working at Harrods as a People Support Manager within HR Operations from April 2011 to February 2013, an HR Business Partner from May 2010 to May 2011, and an HR Advisor from September 2005 to May 2010. Victoria also worked as a Sales Manager at Harrods from 2003 to 2005 and as a Supervisor at Debenhams from 1996 to 2003.

Victoria Marshall Chartered MCIPD earned a BA in French and English from the University of Leicester from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued an MA in Human Resources from the University of Westminster from 2006 to 2008, specializing in CIPD. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner in an unknown month of 2021, and they also completed Mental Health First Aid training from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019.
