Regional Director Of Operations at Restaurant Associates

Colin MacGregor has a wealth of experience in the food service industry. Colin started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Brother Jimmy's BBQ NYC in 2004 before moving on to roles such as Cafe Manager, Senior Cafe Manager, Catering Manager, and eventually Assistant General Manager at Restaurant Associates from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Food Service Director at Restaurant Associates. Colin then joined ARAMARK as a Food Service Director from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they work at Restaurant Associates as a General Manager, a role they have held since 2015. In September 2019, they were promoted to Regional Director of Operations.

Colin MacGregor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
