John Brodie

John Brodie is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Executive Head Chef at Restaurant Associates since October 2019, John has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Somerset House from August 2018 to October 2019 and at Five Lakes Hotel & Resort from April 2017 to August 2018. Prior to these roles, John was the Executive Head Chef at Payne and Gunter between October 2012 and April 2017. John Brodie's academic background includes studies at Doncaster Metropolitan Institute of Higher Education from 1983 to 1985.
