Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Executive Head Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from February 2017 to April 2022 and was Executive Chef at Valor Hospitality Europe Limited from November 2009 to April 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining food standards, menu development, and staff training.
