Vanessa Consiglieri

Vanessa Consiglieri is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Groot Hospitality since February 2022. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Consulting General Manager and Head of Operations for a new concept in Coconut Grove at The Business of Better Restaurants/Botanico Gin & Cookhouse from April 2021 to December 2021.
