Previously, Bart LaCount had a 18-year tenure at PepsiCo, holding several key positions including Vice President of International Beverages Marketing, where oversight spanned renowned portfolios like Gatorade and Aquafina, and Vice President of Consumer Insights for PepsiCo Foods North America, focused on enhancing brand growth through insights. Additional roles included Vice President and General Manager for the Frito-Lay Immediate Consumption business, where strategic leadership drove substantial revenue growth, as well as leading the eCommerce Commercial division for Frito-Lay. Bart LaCount’s extensive marketing experience also includes various director roles at Frito-Lay and Quaker, alongside earlier positions in product development and marketing at Ford Motor Company.
