Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store for organic body care and environmental products. Mariana has served as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana practiced as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular between February 2016 and 2019, and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
