Rail Seoane

Rail Seoane is a legal professional with extensive experience in business development and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Business Development at Restaurant Brands International since March 2021, Rail previously held the position of Counsel in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP from April 2015 to March 2021, as well as a Legal Intern at the Inter-American Development Bank in 2014. Rail's early career includes roles as a Summer Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP, a Summer Law Clerk at Metropolitan Law Group, and a Summer Intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. Rail holds a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University.
