Chris Slaa

Chris Slaa is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Restaurant Company Europe since July 2020, Chris previously held the position of Senior Buyer at Loetje from October 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, Chris was with Hilton from August 2014 to July 2020, where roles included Regional Procurement Executive Food Buyer and Regional Procurement Coordinator for the Benelux region. During tenure at Hilton, responsibilities included developing purchasing strategies, managing food and beverage tenders, and fostering relationships with suppliers. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hanze, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
