Erynn Kirshner

As General Manager, Erynn works to advance the organization’s mission, vision, core values, strategic priorities and growth goals. Her experience and leadership over the past 20 years have been focused on developing and delivering technology driven solutions and services, providing top tier client service, raising and empowering other leaders, implementing companywide strategic initiatives, and delivering operational excellence. The past 8 years with Restaurant Magic, Erynn has been integral in fostering a corporate culture that led to being one of Tampa Bay’s Best Places to Work. Adding to her list of accomplishments has been the implementation of DevOps and Agile practices, establishing controls and processes that led to being SOC-certified, and driving company growth through the retention of satisfied clients and build out of additional service lines.

Erynn grew up as an Air Force brat which provided the opportunity to live in England, Germany, and many states throughout the USA. She settled in Florida where she attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics followed by a Master of Science Degree in Decision Information Systems. She is married to Dave and has two beautiful children. The Kirshners are active in their local church and many charities that are close to their heart including, Metropolitan Ministries, St. Jude’s Children’s, Wounded Warrior Project, Global Leadership Development, and ASPCA.
