Amy Malkin has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Amy began their career at Darden in 2009 as a Culinary Manager, where they oversaw a team of over 20 members, managed food costs and waste, and consistently met company food waste goals. In 2014, they joined Red Lobster as a General Manager, a position they held until 2017. In 2017, they moved to Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC - A Yum! Brands Co-op, where they initially served as a Senior Operations Manager for Taco Bell. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director, Supplier Diversity, before their most recent position as the Director of Supply Chain for The Habit Burger Grill.
Amy Malkin attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2006 to 2010. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Management.
