Aristeo Estrellado

Aristeo "Aries" Estrellado has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Restaurant Technologies since October 1997. Aries is a key member of the New Product Development team, focusing on the design and implementation of product roadmaps for data monitoring systems in the restaurant industry. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer, where significant advancements in automated data monitoring solutions were developed, and Mechanical Design Engineer, where efforts were directed towards automation solutions for fryer oil management. Earlier experience as an intern at Chart Industries, Inc. involved product testing and design support. Aries holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and educational experience from both the University of St. Thomas and Osaka Gakuin University.
