Chris Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris has held various roles at Restaurant365, starting as an Implementation Coach in Accounting in 2019. Chris then served as a Non-POS Integration/Payments Specialist, where they integrated client databases and developed relationships with vendors. Later, they became a Customer Satisfaction Manager specializing in payments and a Senior Specialist in Payments, focusing on implementing and advancing the R365 Payments product. In their most recent role at Restaurant365, Chris has been the Technical Operations Manager, leading a team and overseeing the functionality of SAAS-based Payments solutions. Prior to their time at Restaurant365, Chris worked as an Engineering Research Technician at Los Alamos National Laboratory and as a Licensed Insurance Agent at US Health Advisors. Chris also has experience as a business owner, owning Trough Burger Wagon, Panther City Promotions, and Panther City Pedicabs. Chris started their career as a General Engineering Technician at Haston Associates, Inc., and also worked as a District Sales Manager at Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. and in sales and marketing at the same company. Chris began their career as a Handler at FedEx Express.
Chris Cole attended Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business from 2008 to 2010 but did not earn a degree. Prior to that, they obtained an A.A. in Business from Tarrant County College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Chris also pursued computer science and engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington, and completed their high school education at Castleberry High School.
