Previously, Jamal Ayyad held significant roles at SurePayroll, including Head of Product and Vice President of Service Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, tax filing, and client onboarding for a leading SaaS payroll provider. Earlier career experiences include a supervisory role at Omron Healthcare, overseeing consumer service teams, and co-founding Spartan Technologies, Inc., which later merged to form Macronet Group, Ltd.
