Whitney Armistead

Whitney Armistead is an experienced leader in both athletic coaching and recruitment, currently serving as the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Low Country Volleyball Club and Bluffton High School since October 2022. Whitney has held various managerial roles, including Recruitment Manager/Senior Recruiter at Restaurant Zone Recruiting, focusing on fulfilling staffing needs across the industry. Previous positions include Director of Coaching and Head Volleyball Coach at Vail Volleyball Club, where program development and community engagement were prioritized. Whitney also served as Director of Operations at All Points North Lodge, managing multiple departments in a behavioral health facility. Additionally, Whitney has experience as a Culinary Arts Instructor at Colorado Mountain College, General Manager Operations at Live for Balance, Owner and Chef at Last Course, Private Chef at Gorsuch Ltd., and Lead Line Cook at Splendido At The Chateau. Whitney holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
