Tina Cooper is the Executive Manager Residential Services at Resthaven. Tina has over 20 years experience in the health care industry, with a focus on aged care. Tina has held various management positions during their career, including Director of Clinical Services and Director of Nursing. In their current role, they are responsible for all aspects of care and services for residents in Resthaven's aged care homes. Tina is a strong advocate for quality care for the elderly, and has led their team through accreditation and culture change. Tina is passionate about their work and takes great pride in providing quality care for their residents.

Tina Cooper reports to Darren Birbeck, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Sue McKechnie - Executive Manager Community Services, Sylvia Powell - Executive Manager People & Culture, and David Norton - Executive Manager Finance & Technology.
