Jess Easton-Kappes

Jess Easton-Kappes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Program Administrative Assistant at IU School of Medicine, where they provided administrative support and assisted in managing operations. In 2011, they became an Admissions Representative and Recruiter at Midwest Technical Institute, promoting student learning and achievement. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Front Office Coordinator at Central Brace and Limb Company.

In 2012, Jess joined Shafer Vision Care as a Patient Service Representative/Medical Billing Specialist. Their responsibilities included calendar management, patient assistance, marketing, website management, and insurance billing. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Human Resources Director and Executive Administrative Coordinator at Hoosier Contractors LLC, focusing on customer-first approaches in roofing services.

In 2015, they became an Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists/Skin & Beauty Logic, recruiting and training business owners in the skincare industry. In 2018, they joined White Oak Construction as a Commercial Controller and later became an Executive Commercial Controller, overseeing commercial building projects.

In 2019, they worked as a Dispatch Manager at Custom Concrete Co. Inc., responsible for efficiently managing and scheduling concrete orders. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Senior Sales Account Manager and Customer Service representative at Restoration Builders Inc., assisting customers with their needs.

Currently, Jess is the Chief Operations Officer at BK Home Improvement, a position they took on in 2022. Prior to their current role, they also served as the Human Resources Director, overseeing accounting and marketing, from 2022 to 2023. Throughout their career, Jess has proven their organizational skills, professionalism, and excellent communication abilities in various roles.

Jess Easton-Kappes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, and Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis from 2005 to 2009. The individual also obtained a certification in Indiana Health and Life Insurance from Greenlight Training in 2013. Additionally, Jess Easton-Kappes holds a Certified Nurse Aid certification from the Indiana State Department of Health, obtained in August 2008.
