Bernadette Calvo

Bernadette Calvo, SPHR has an extensive and varied work experience. Bernadette currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Restoration Management Company since May 2019. Prior to this, Bernadette served as the Managing Partner at Talent Exponential, where they provided executive coaching and guidance on career transitions. From 2013 to 2017, they were the VP of Human Resources at Loring Ward and ensured a positive work culture through effective management and talent management strategies. Bernadette has also held leadership positions at Bigge Crane and Rigging Co., Fremont Bank, and LSI. Bernadette began their career as an HR Coordinator at various companies including Trimble Navigation and Maxmedia Manufacturing. Additionally, Bernadette gained sales experience as a Sales Executive at the American Barter Company. Overall, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources management and leadership development to their current role.

Bernadette Calvo, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from San Jose State University. Bernadette also obtained a Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
