Greg Steuber

Greg Steuber's work experience includes various positions within different companies.

From 2018 to the present, they worked at Restoration St. Louis as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for managing development projects and ensuring their successful execution. Greg evaluates potential development sites, coordinates with stakeholders, and secures necessary permits.

Starting in 2018, Greg also held the role of Development Analyst at Restoration St. Louis. In this position, they handled financial reporting, insurance administration, and analyzed budgets for construction projects.

From 2020 to 2021, Greg served as a Loan Officer at Veterans United Home Loans.

Greg's earlier experience includes a role at Target as an Executive Team Lead in Asset Protection. Greg managed sales and operations, led a loss prevention team, and worked as the leader on duty for hourly team members and team leaders. Greg held this position from 2013 to 2018.

Greg Steuber holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management, which they are currently pursuing since 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In 2014, Greg completed an Associate's degree in General Studies from Johnson County Community College, which they attended from 2012 to 2014.
