Debbie Joy has extensive work experience in customer support and administration roles. Debbie started their career in 1989 as a Bond Administration Clerk at Wincanton, where they worked until 1999. Debbie then became the Administration and Finance Manager at Wincanton until 2007. During this time, they also held the role of Customer Support Manager at Wincanton Records Management from 2007 to 2016. In 2021, they joined Restore Records Management as the Head Of Regional Customer Care.

Debbie Joy attended Parsloes Manor Comprehensive School from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained their CSE and O Level.
