Laura Fryer has more than 10 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Purchasing Assistant at Abercrombie & Kent from 2006 to 2009. Laura then worked as a Performance Co-ordinator at Independence Trust from 2009 to 2010. After that, they joined OfficeTeam Limited as a Project Specialist from 2010 to 2013. Following the acquisition of Office Team File & Data by Restore, Laura became an Account Manager at Restore Records Management from 2013 to 2018. Laura was then promoted to a Team Leader position as a Relationship Manager, overseeing a team of relationship managers and managing customer accounts from 2018 to 2020. Finally, they assumed the role of Head of Internal Accounts at Restore Records Management in 2020, responsible for leading a team of Customer Care Executives and supervising 4,500 accounts. Laura's work experience demonstrates their expertise in customer care, account management, and project coordination.

Laura Fryer graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of the West of England in 2001. Prior to that, they attended Cleeve School from 1991 to 1998. Laura also obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2023.
