Jelica Arcilla has had a diverse career in customer support. Jelica started their career in 2009 at Alorica as a Technical Support and Citibank Verifications representative. In 2013, they joined Convergys as a Chat Support representative, then moved to a Transactional Auditor and Chat and Phone Support role in 2015. In 2018, they began working at Zendesk as a Customer Advocate, supporting customers via phones, live chat, email, and social media platforms. In 2021, they joined MURAL as a Customer Support representative and is currently working at Restream as a Customer Support Representative.
Jelica Arcilla completed a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Philippine Christian University in 2013 and a Bachelor of Education in Physics from Philippine Normal University in 2007.
