Alexander J. Alvarez, MBA has a wealth of experience in the financial and operational fields. Alvarez was the Manager of Shared Services Operational Accounting at PANDORA A/S from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Director of Financial Operation and HR at Restyn, where they co-developed with the CEO/Founder the strategic business plans for the growth and scalability of recruiting application platform with a 5-year business plan analysis to support the investment of the organization. Alexander J. was also responsible for month-end and year-end closing process, internal control policies and procedures, and analysis of the annual corporate filing with the external CPA firm. Additionally, they developed client partner relationships for C-level executive's management placement for domestic and international markets such as Japan and Germany.

In 2018, Alvarez became the Officer at Plac.io, where they were responsible for connecting people by digging deeper and removing the resume run-around.
