Yuval Shoham

Professor Yuval Shoham has an impressive history in academia. He earned his Ph.D. in biochemical engineering from M.I.T. He was the Dean of Faculty for Biotechnology and articles and chapters in books and holds several patents. Over the years, he has been involved in several industrial projects, including developing a new enzymatic process for making low-calorie natural juices.
