Niza T. Sarmiento

Niza T. Sarmiento has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources and managerial roles. Niza T. is currently the VP of Human Resources at ResultsCX, a position they have held since September 2017. Prior to this, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Resorts World Manila from August 2013 to September 2017. Niza has also worked as the VP of Human Resources at Stellar Philippines from July 2007 to August 2013. Niza T. has experience in operations and call center management, serving as an Operations Director at Teleperformance Australia in 2007 and a Call Center Manager at Teleperformance from 2004 to 2007. Niza also held the role of Executive Producer at Electromedia Inc. from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they have worked in HR management at Foote, Cone & Belding from 1992 to 1994. Niza's extensive experience encompasses talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, labor law compliance, employee communications, and strategic human resource leadership.

Niza T. Sarmiento has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, which was obtained from 1978 to 1982. Niza T. also pursued further education at the Lyceum of the Philippines, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in People (HR) Management from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they attended De La Salle University from 1987 to 1988, where they completed MBA units.
