Sanjay Venkataraman

Sanjay is responsible for formulating the overall strategy of the company. His key areas of expertise span Operations, Marketing, and Sales. He brings to ResultsCX over three decades of experience in IT hardware, Tech Services, and Business Process Management. His prior position at Nexting Advisors was focused on deep-tech CX, and he was also the President of the Customer Management business at Firstsource Solutions.

Sanjay has also served as DELL India’s Director and Country Manager, Head of South Asia for a large India based IT services major, and Marketing manager for IBM’s venture in India. His entrepreneurial ventures include Knowledge Dynamics, an early entrant into the Analytics space in the early 2000s.
