Stefan Ceciu

Stefan Ceciu has extensive experience in financial planning and operations management. From 2017 to the present, they have been the Director of Corporate FP&A at ResultsCX, overseeing various financial planning processes and reporting packages for a global workforce of over 23,000 employees. Stefan is also responsible for generating pricing documents and collaborating with executive stakeholders. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Stefan worked at Sutherland Global Services, where they held roles such as Account Manager, Senior Team Manager, Training Specialist, and Team Lead, demonstrating their diverse skill set in program leadership, forecasting, workforce management, and training.

Stefan Ceciu attended Mihai Eminescu University of Timisoara from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences. Stefan also has a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification.
