Michael Yinger

Michael Yinger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michael currently holds the position of Senior RPO Director at Korn Ferry, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Host and Executive Producer of "The Mile Wide View of Talent Acquisition Podcast," a role they began in April 2022. In January 2023, they also became the Director and Co-Founder of Resume Sieve.

Michael Yinger has a diverse education history. Michael first attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1974 to 1978, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Subsequently, from 1978 to 1981, they attended the California State University Maritime Academy and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nautical Industrial Technology. Afterward, they pursued higher education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. In 1998 to 1999, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology to obtain a Certificate in International Logistics. Additionally, in 2004, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
