The Customer Success Team at ReSupply plays a central role in ensuring the seamless, scalable delivery of our mission: making home donation pickups effortless for donors, valuable for charities, and profitable for haulers. Acting as the connective tissue between our platform and its three core stakeholder groups, Charity Partners, Hauling Partners, and Donors, this team is responsible not only for adoption and satisfaction, but for driving growth, resolving complexity, and scaling success. This team works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to surface feedback, suggest enhancements, and advocate for customer needs. They are both frontline problem solvers and strategic growth drivers, ensuring that every partner and user is not only satisfied, but positioned for long-term success with ReSupply.
