Berthoniel Francois

Berthoniel Francois is currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Resurgence Hall since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing student information systems, class scheduling, and supply inventory. Previously, Berthoniel held the position of Athletic Director, guiding sports programming and coordinating schedules. From July 2018 to July 2023, Berthoniel was the Dean of Students at Brooke Charter Schools, collaborating with various stakeholders to foster a positive school culture through data-driven assessments. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Coach at THE CHARLES SPOSATO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION INC, where a focus on coaching and collaboration was paramount, as well as roles as a History Teacher, Dean Fellow, and Special Education Teacher at UP Education Network. Berthoniel holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Eastern Nazarene College and a Bachelor's degree from Andrews University.
