Anniina Brusi

Anniina Brusi has a strong background in the banking and financial industry, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Anniina currently works as the Commercial Director for Finland at Resurs Bank, where they manage the P&L for the Consumer Banking business and focuses on strategic direction and profitability. Prior to that, they were the Country Manager and Head of Business Development & Partners at SweepBank, where they achieved solid profitability and significant growth in the active customer base through strategic partnerships. Anniina also served as the Head of Sales & Operations for Finland at Zmarta Group, where they had P&L responsibility and reported to the CEO. Anniina has experience in customer service management at Edenred Finland and service management at Nets Group. Anniina started their career at Danske Bank in various roles, including Service Team Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Team Manager. Anniina's expertise lies in strategic direction, sales, operational activities, and P&L management.

Anniina Brusi attended the University of Eastern Finland from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Organizational Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to that, they completed an Executive Education program in Leadership from Hanken & SSE Executive Education in 2012-2014. In 2006, they earned a Diploma in Investment Advisor from Arcada University of Applied Sciences. Anniina also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained in 2003-2006. Additionally, they pursued undergraduate program studies at Jönköping University in 2004.
