Erik Frick is currently the COO and Deputy CEO at [Resurs Bank](/org/resurs-bank). Prior to this, they served as a member of the board of directors for Kivra OY from January 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they advised on the technical platform for growth and aided in securing the regulatory framework. 

From January 2013 to April 2022, Erik served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Deputy CEO at [Resurs Bank](/org/resurs-bank). In this role, they were responsible for a unit named Acceleration that worked with organic and acquisitive growth, project and product development, product design and analysis. The entire marketing function was also a part of Acceleration, as well as procurement and facility. Erik successfully led the company through a period of change, converting it from a decentralized to centralized steering model. Erik also structured a complete product development process for all applications within Resurs. Under their leadership, the company achieved an annual loan book growth of 7%.

Erik Frick's educational career began with a free course in economics from [Virginia Commonwealth University](/org/virginia-commonwealth-university). Erik then went on to study enterprising and business development at Växjö University, where they earned their bachelor's degree. After working for a time, they returned to school to earn their masters in chalmers school of entrepreneurship from Chalmers University of Technology. Erik is now a certified board member and works in board education.

Anette Konar Riple is the current Chief Marketing Officer at [Resurs Bank](/org/resurs-bank). Anette has held this position since March of 2017. Prior to working at [Resurs Bank](/org/resurs-bank), they served as the Business Unit Director for Florist Network at Euroflorist from November 2010 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing a network of over 10,000 independent florists across 12 markets. 

Riple began their career in marketing at [Procter & Gamble](/org/procter-gamble) in May of 2003, where they worked their way up to Assistant Brand Manager before leaving in October of 2010 to join Kreab as a PR consultant. In 2001, they also worked as a consultant for The World Bank.

Anette Konar Riple received their education in corporate governance from EFLs Styrelseprogram and their MA in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Anette also has a Master of Laws - LLM from [Lund University](/org/lund-university). Anette is certified as a Certified Impact Measurement Professional from Effektfullt in.

Marita Odélius Engström is a board member at [Resurs Bank](/org/resurs-bank). Marita has previously worked as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration at Skandia Norden, and has also been a board member at Skandia Livforsikring A/S, Skandia Link Livforsikring A/S and Skandia A/S.
