Amisha Saxena

Amisha Saxena currently serves as an Assistant Manager in Ethics, Risk & Compliance at Re Sustainability Limited since August 2022, following a role as a Management Trainee. Previous experience includes working as a Legal Intern at Dolce Vita Trustees, where participation in company law and investment law matters took place, and at Pepperfry, where coordination with the Legal Team facilitated the filing of Annual Returns. Amisha also gained legal experience at Holla Associates, the National Green Tribunal, and the District and Sessions Court, focusing on drafting legal documents, preparing case briefs, and analyzing case files. Amisha is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Laws at the National Law School of India University and has completed a BA LLB (Honors) at Symbiosis International University. Additionally, Amisha is enrolled in the CS Professional program at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
