Laxmidhar Pradhan has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Corporate HRBP and Senior Assistant Manager Human Resources at Re Sustainability Limited since March 2015. Prior roles include positions at Larsen & Toubro as Human Resources Executive, where Laxmidhar worked from July 2014 to March 2015 and again from November 2012 to February 2014, as well as a brief tenure at SPRRG in 2012. Laxmidhar began a career in human resources at DLF Limited, holding the position of Human Resources Executive from June 2009 to June 2012.
