Rolf Harbers

Rolf Harbers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication and public affairs, currently serving as the Manager of Communication and a member of the Executive Team at RET since June 2018. In this role, Rolf oversees the communication team, facilitating internal and external communication. Additionally, Rolf holds the position of Director of Mobiliteitsalliantie, guiding cooperation among over 20 Dutch stakeholders in the mobility sector, and leading the Public Affairs group within the organization. Prior experience includes senior consulting roles at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and managing public relations for the Dutch Labour Party in the European Parliament. Rolf's educational background includes a Master's degree in Contemporary Political History and a Bachelor's degree in History, both from the University of Groningen.
