Bill Carslay

Bill’s experience in the retail sector extends back to a tenure from 2003 to July 2014 as Vice President at Oracle's Retail Business Unit, emphasizing customer value from technology investments. Earlier, Bill spent nearly 15 years as Associate Partner at Accenture, providing systems integration and business consulting across various industries. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University, earned between 1985 and 1987.
