Nancy Pierce

Nancy Pierce is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Retail Control Systems since May 2024, Nancy previously held similar positions at Speare Memorial Hospital and Associated Grocers of New England, where responsibilities included comprehensive oversight of financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and annual audits. Nancy's background also features roles as Finance Director at Granite State Independent Living, where management of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll for over 750 employees was key, as well as previous positions in sales coordination and film buying/analysis. Nancy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and an M.B.A. in Small Business Administration/Management from Plymouth State University.
