Shane Kelly's work experience starts in 2004 when they worked as a Bank Teller at The Bank of New York. SHANE'sresponsibilities included opening/closing the branch, handling customer transactions, and conducting daily cash drawer audits.
From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Technician at Quality System Solutions Ltd. SHANE serviced customers by troubleshooting over the phone and in-person, installed POS systems, and customized them according to customer needs.
Since 2012, Shane has been with Retail Data Systems. SHANE initially worked as a Department Manager, specializing in troubleshooting and programming a cloud-based Point of Sale product. SHANE also managed third-party integrations. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Operations, where they ran day-to-day operations, managed the office's management team, and handled top-level escalations for help desk and implementation issues.
Shane Kelly attended Pine Bush Central High School from 1998 to 2004, where they earned their high school diploma. Following this, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued their education at SUNY Orange, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
